Quick and Easy fish and chips

fish fillets cut in to fishfinger size strips in to plain flour in to beaten egg into breadcrumbs on to greaseproof paper.
large potatoe cut up in to wedges  tossed in a little oil salt and pepper on to a baking tray -
potatoes in the oven at 190
20mins before wedges are done chuck the fish in
mixed a salad or serve with peas... Perfect

Pudding just has to be a quick eaton mess merinques fresh friut and cream or scoop of ice cream

Time for a cuppa !
