Saucy Salmon and cous cous with grilled veggies

This is one of my super quick teas if we are out in the evening
1 x piece of salmon each on parchment paper with a knob of butter and fresh thyme wrap it up so it looks like its in a bag and crimp the top so it steams its self pop in the oven for 20 min at 180. chop up a few mushrooms, an onion and a courgette crush a clove of garlic and  1 x tomato cut in to 1/4 pop all this in a dish and pop in the oven along side the salmon now boil the kettle and make some cous cous - follow pack instructions when the cous cous is ready add a squueze of lemon and add the roasted veg and serve with your salmon - Jamies 30 mins huh vixster's 25mins!!! Enjoy
