Saturday night

Tonight is Gammon i like to pop my gammon in under the grill and do one side first, then i whip it out and mix wholegrain mustard some fine diced peppers ,sliced spring onions, few mushrooms fine diced tomatoe puree and a few piece of diced pineaple and pile it on the top and spread it out, turn the grill low and let it slowly cook... served with a big bowl af salad and cous cous or savory rice this is like a sweet and sour pizza gammon (add any mustard you like)and for those of you naughty folk out there add a little cheese at the end and this will brown just nice xxxx
